General:

-While here maintain a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all attendees

-No Loud Music or Horns

-No Vicious Animals

-No Concealed Carry

-No Ammunition Allowed on Property

-Campfires must be contained in a fire ring

-Fire Rings may not exceed 36" in diameter

-Do not bring firewood from an Emerald Ash Borer Quarantined Area

-Do not take firewood home, as we are in a Emerald Ash Borer Quarantined Area

-Furniture or other large items cannot be left behind or burned at your camping or parking spot.

-No Vulgar or Pornographic Materials may be displayed, DO NOT BRING SUCH THINGS!

-No selling in the camping/parking areas

-All Guns must be secured to prevent theft

-You may bring your own alcoholic beverages, but NO glass bottles please

-No Side Arms may be worn

-All gun buyers, traders and vendors are responsible for knowing and abiding by all local, state and federal laws.

-While you are here maintain a proper decorum as this is a FAMILY event.

Golf Carts:

All golf carts must have a permit before it is allowed to operate on the premises.  Permits are issued at the inspection stations (one located between the north camping field and flea market and the other by the bridge on the north end of the midway) and cost $20.00 each.  Inspection stations will be open from 8:00 A.M. until dusk.  In order to obtain a permit you must be 18 years or older, with a valid driver's license and certificate of insurance for your golf cart.  If possible, you also need to present us with proof of liability insurance on your golf cart (there are some states where residents can not purchase liability insurance for a golf cart).  Golf carts that do not pass the inspection are not allowed to operate on the premises.  If there is any reason to believe that any golf cart rules have been broken, your golf cart will be confiscated and held until the end of the event, even if it is one you have rented.

Your Golf Cart Will Be Inspected For The Following:

-Muffler

-Does NOT have a constant idle engine

-Headlight (or flashlight attached to your cart)

-All manufacturers safety devices must be present on the golf cart and in good working order with no evidence of tampering

-The entire golf cart will be inspected for safety measurers

While Operating A Golf Cart On Our Premises:

-PEDESTRIANS ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY

-No one under the age of 18 may operate any golf cart

-You must hold a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart

-You may not pull anything behind your golf cart

-You must always operate at a safe rate of speed

-Do not carry/play loud music or horns

-Do not drink and drive (or drive while intoxicated)

-Golf Carts may not be overloaded, only the number of people the golf cart was designed to carry may ride on it at any given time.

KENTON NATIONAL/LEAFY OAK, LLC HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RENTING OF GOLF CARTS

If any of these rules are violated, or if while here you break any laws, you will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded!!!
